What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a session through this site, you provide your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, industry, approximate staff count, a short description of the process you want to discuss, and optional context about the session and how you heard about us. Nothing else is collected — this site runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry — within one business day — and to prepare for any session you book. They are not sold, shared, or used for anything else. If we are not the right fit, we stop corresponding.

Enquiries that don’t become engagements are deleted after twelve months. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner, at any time, and it will be done within seven days.

Client project data

Engagement work has stricter rules again: privileged legal material, patient and clinical records, student records and minors' personal data, financial account data, biometric data, national identification numbers, and data protected under principal or supplier confidentiality agreements are never processed, stored, or transmitted by anything we build. That boundary is a written term of every engagement. Read it in full on our data commitment page.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our holding it. Vicram Mahalingam is the named contact for those requests.
